Accessibility statement

Vitalissea is committed to ensuring that our website and our med spas are welcoming and accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for all guests and to apply relevant accessibility standards.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have motor or cognitive disabilities, or use assistive technology.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a “skip to content” link.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Full keyboard navigation, including menus, filters and forms, with visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast chosen to meet AA requirements for body text.
  • Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages.
  • Respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting — animations are minimized when it is turned on.
  • Layouts that adapt to screen size and support browser zoom up to 200%.

At our med spas

Our locations are designed to be accessible, and our teams are happy to accommodate mobility devices, service animals and other needs. If you require an accommodation for your visit, let us know when you book or call your location ahead of time.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or partner websites, may not be fully accessible. We are working with our partners to improve these experiences.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on our website or at one of our locations, we want to hear from you. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to provide the information or service you need through another channel and to fix the issue.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days.
