What does microneedling treat?
Fine lines, enlarged pores, acne scarring, uneven texture, mild hyperpigmentation and stretch marks. It’s also an excellent way to restore radiance to dull skin.
Does it hurt?
We apply a topical numbing cream for 20–30 minutes beforehand. Most guests describe the sensation as a light vibration or gentle scratching.
How many sessions will I need?
Most guests see the best results from three to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, followed by maintenance every few months.
What is recovery like?
Skin typically looks like a mild sunburn for 24–72 hours. Skip makeup for 24 hours and avoid direct sun, retinoids and exfoliating acids for five to seven days.
Who is not a candidate?
Microneedling isn’t recommended with active breakouts or infection in the area, during an eczema or rosacea flare, during pregnancy, or within six months of isotretinoin use.
