These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vitalissea.online (the “Site”), operated by Vitalissea Aesthetics & Wellness LLC (“Vitalissea,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not medical advice
Content on the Site, including treatment pages and journal articles, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider about your individual circumstances. Every treatment requires a consultation to confirm candidacy, and individual results vary. In an emergency, call 911.
Wellness services
IV therapy, NAD+ therapy and vitamin injections are offered as wellness services under medical supervision. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Appointments
Appointment requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until our team contacts you. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee, as described at booking.
Memberships
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled and carry a three-month minimum term. Monthly credits roll over for up to 90 days while your membership is active and have no cash value. You may pause your membership for up to two months per year or cancel with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term. Full membership terms are provided at enrollment and control in the event of a conflict.
Pricing and promotions
Prices shown on the Site are “starting at” prices and may vary by location, product and treatment plan. You will receive a quote before treatment. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using automated means to collect content.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and the Vitalissea name — are owned by or licensed to Vitalissea and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as maps, social networks or financing partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalissea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
