How do monthly credits work?
Each month your membership loads a treatment credit to your account — for example, one signature IV drip or 15 neuromodulator units on Signature. Redeem it at any of our 29 locations whenever it suits you.
What happens if I miss a month?
Unused credits roll over for up to 90 days while your membership is active, so a busy January never means a lost treatment.
Can I use my membership at any location?
Yes. Your membership, credits and member pricing travel with you to every Vitalissea med spa in all 10 states.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Memberships have a three-month minimum. After that you can pause for up to two months a year or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Can I share my membership?
Credits are personal, but you can gift member pricing to one friend or family member each month when you book together.
Do members save on other treatments?
Members receive preferred pricing — up to 20% off — on all treatments and products, including those not covered by their monthly credit.
