Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Vitalissea gift cards. Cash is accepted at most locations.
How does financing work?
Through our third-party financing partner you can split treatments of $200 or more into monthly payments, with 0% APR plans available for 6 or 12 months for qualified applicants. Applying takes about a minute and won’t affect your credit score to check eligibility.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Some wellness services may be eligible with a letter of medical necessity, while cosmetic treatments generally are not. Please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator; we can provide an itemized receipt.
Do you offer price quotes before treatment?
Always. You’ll receive a clear, itemized quote at your complimentary consultation, before any treatment begins.
Can I combine financing with membership pricing?
Yes. Member pricing is applied first, and the remaining balance can be financed.
